My DVD set-top player will not play the Dual Layer media I recorded. What could be the problem?
Answer:
The DRU-700A/DRX-700UL and the DRU-710A/DRX-710UL requires a Nero software to be installed to activate the DVD-ROM Book Type function. This function is only for the Nero Express software.
