My USB Tape drive is not detected by the system or it is not functioning properly. How can I resolve this?
Answer:
1. Connect the drive directly to the USB port on the computer system. Do not connect the drive to a USB Hub
2. Try a different USB port on your system
3. Disconnect all other USB devices except a keyboard or mouse.
