I cannot get my DVDirect drive to detected on my computer. How do I resolve this issue?
Please follow the steps below:
Remove any blank media, software or other discs from the drive.
Connect only the DVDirect drive to the USB ports on your computer.
This drive must be plugged directly into the USB port. No hub.
If the drive was detected and now is not, power off the drive and shut down the computer. Unplug the cable from the I-link /USB port and reconnect it and reboot and turn the drive back on.
Make sure you have the latest direct X drivers/Service Pak installed for XP and 2k.
