I am having issues burning from my HDV camcorder to the BWU-100A. How do I resolve this?
Answer:
Turn off the DV output conversion option in the HDV camcorder settings (so that the HDV-format video is output without conversion to DV format). You will also need to use ilink to connect the HDV camcorder to the computer.
