AIT and DDS Bezel Replacement Information
The Sony Electronics Inc. tape drive you have purchased is normally supplied with a bezel. If you need to obtain an additional or replacement bezel, the tape Storage Support team will attempt to obtain it for you. Please email the tape Storage Support team with your bezel part request. You will need to include the model and serial numbers of the tape drive. Be sure to include your shipping address in the comment section if different from the primary address. Upon receiving your email bezel request, one of our customer service representatives will check inventory and then let you know the availability, and shipping procedures.
