Why is RecordNow telling me I have the wrong version of Windows Media Player (WMP) after I just installed WMP 10?
RecordNow interacts with the Windows Media Player when creating audio discs. The main usage is to extract audio track information.
After installing WMP 10 on a system with an older version of RecordNow installed will result in an error message being displayed that the version of the Windows Media Player is not correct and the CD lookup function will fail to extract the track information.
Please download and install the patch appropriate for your version of RecordNow.
Updates to Sonic products are typically delivered through the Sonic Update Manager application. Select "Check for Updates" in the Help menu of your Sonic application.
I am unable to uninstall my Nero burning software.

When I launch the Record Now program I receive an error message "Could not complete the last command because of a unknown error ". How can I resolve this?

When trying to install Veritas Record Now, I receive an "internal error2889", why?
This problem occurs if an incorrect or damaged (corrupted) version of the Riched20.dll file is on your computer, or if the Riched20.dll file is missing from your computer. This problem also can occur if your computer is infected with the Nimda virus (W32.Nimda.A@mm).
Click on your Windows Start button -> Find (or Search) -> Files or Folders. Type Riched20.dll in the "Named:" field -> click Find Now (or Search Now). If the file appears in the window, right click the file -> click rename -> rename the file to Riched20.old.
When installing the Power DVD software bundled with the Sony drive on myVaio computer, it causes Vaio "TV Output" and other such functions to become unavailable. How can I resolve this?
If you are using a Vaio computer with a preinstalled version of Power DVD, installing the Power DVD version supplied with the drive may cause these issues. We recommend that such users use their preinstalled version of Power DVD instead of the one supplied with this drive.
