I am unable to burn home videos onto BD-R using BWU-100A recorder. How can I resolve his?
An older version of the bundled software does not support BD-R media to create home videos. It is recommended to use BD-RE media for the creation of home video. A newer software update will support BD-R for home videos. Please check the Cyberlink website for software updates.
Will I able to make a backup of a copyrighted Blu-ray?
You will not be able to make backup of a copyrighted Blu-ray disc.
Can I write and read DVD or CD from a Blu-ray recorder?
Most Blu-ray recorder will be able to read and write to DVD and CD.
